10 things we learned in Vegas Part 1

1. Husband is a master wakeboarder.

2. Bellagio knows how to get fancy with those flowers.

3. Husband is a fashionista in pink floppy hats.

4. In-N-Out is heavenly.

5. Oh, chocolate covered strawberries are as well.

6. Chipotle is still unburritoable. 

Notice a trend...we like to eat.

7. We like to bury kids in the sand.

8. Husband now has an undying love for sunscreen. 

9. Evening romantic strolls by the Eiffel Tower are my favorite.

And we are SOOO excited!!

Happy to announce our weather for the week looks

Hunger Games.

Addicts now. In this house.

We debated whether we wanted to read the books before we saw the movie,
because we heard they are soo good.
But, Benji convinced me to go see this past weekend.

And we LOVED it.

We are excited now to read the books and get the little details that happen.

Came to visit the Grigg house yesterday.

She made this wonderful chicken & dumpling soup.

It was HUGE hit.

Benji even wanted to get seconds.

2 tablespoon butter

2 cans cream of chicken

2 cans chicken broth

1 tablespoon parsley

4 boneless chicken breasts

4 buttermilk grand biscuits

Put everything, but the biscuits, in the crock pot. Cook on high for 5 hours. Cut the biscuits into tiny pieces. Cook for an additional hour. Then enjoy!

in the last 24 hours...

we have had popcorn, sour gummy worms, ice cream and a granola bar for dinner.

got in touch with our emotional side in a movie theater.

was locked out of our house in the snowing 30 degree weather.

was told by a 6 year old we cuddled too much in the movie.

purchased a 23 dollar bag of apples by accident. Better be dang good.

started the newest season of our White Collar obsession.

benji has been victorious in 3 games of marbles.

froze ourselves out of our house as ALL the doors were opened to get the wood lacquer

scent out as Benji made a marble board.

Just a few things we are loving lately...

We are self-proclaimed tv addicts over here via Netflix and Hulu.

A must see is White Collar. 

We have gone through season 1 & 2 in 2 days.

Who knew Albertsons sold dippin dots?

We certainly didn't.

A freezer is stock full now.

Calling all iphone, droid, ipad, ipod users.

Draw Something is a MUST.

ADDICTING.

Friday night: consisted of laying in bed, watching White Collar,

and taking turns with each other on this game.

We live an exciting life over here.
