So Excited.

I am so excited.
To decorate our cute apartment
after we get married.

I already have so many ideas of what I am going to do.

Now, if only we knew where we were going to live.

4 months. 3 weeks. 4 days.

Its Fall...

Today at work we had Apple Cider
then we got Benji's plane ticket to come to
TEXAS for thanksgiving...

Fall just might be becoming my favorite season.
I am super excited for this fall.

This is what I see everyday driving to work.
I am starting to somewhat like it.

Isn't this little guy such a stud?
I can't wait to see him in a couple weeks!

Im ENGAGED!! Ok now for awhile...

Ok I know Benji and I have been engaged now for almost 3 months
BUT I am still on cloud nine!
(Sorry for those who have to put up with my cloud nineness)!

I still watch the video of him proposing quite frequently!
Thanks Andy for recording it!

So for those who haven't seen it
WATCH it.
(You can watch it multiple times, I don't mind. I sure do.)

It was perfect how everything happened that night.
But I wouldn't have expected anything else from Benji.
He is the best.

And this is my ring.
With the two bands.
(That I am not supposed to get or be wearing until February...but I still do)

I started the countdown til we got married before we were even engaged.
No joke.
I seriously cannot wait.

Malad.

Friday I had an incredibly beyond brilliant plan.
It was great.
It was even better that Benji liked it.

Starting this upcoming weekend he is going to start working Friday, Saturday and Sunday
EVERY weekend.

Thank you Olive Garden. I appreciate it.

I wanted to see him.
So we met in Malad.

The halfway point between Salt Lake and Rexburg.
Malad consists of two gas stations, Subway, park and a church.

Our day consisted getting a Subway sandwhich for lunch and
being at the park for 6 hours and
Benji helping a little boy find his friends.

It was an experience. But fun.

This is the face Im going to wake up to for all eternity.
I can't wait.

Dinner. Disaster.

I hope Heather doesn't read this.
It would be embarrassing for her.
My sister loves to cook and does a really good job at everything she does with it.
She has a blog just about her recipes.

Ever since I moved to Utah I have been trying to cook a little more.
Tonight Matthew and I decided to have mac and cheese for dinner.
Ok not impressive but Im making an effort, right?

Somehow I managed to put a 1/2 cup of butter in it.
Don't ask how I managed that. But I did.

Needless to say, it tasted a little different.
But the best part, Matthew didn't even notice.

Rexburg

This past weekend I made a trip to Rexburg.
Shortly, after arrival I remembered why I graduated early.
Friday it was 40. Yes, 40 in September.
All day. On top of being super windy.

I was able to get a lot accomplished while I was there.
Able to get some things worked out with one of my old teachers.
Worked out some things with the school.

For my wedding I am getting my veil custom-made.
I was able to meet with the lady making it and get everything finalized.
I am super excited to see how it turns out.

Her company is called Miss Ruby Sue.
Check out her stuff. I love it.
She is also making the corsages and boutonnieres.

We were able to get the second band to my engagement ring picked up.
I love my ring.

Not only was I able to do all that but I was able to hang out with some friends.
But especially with my favorite person.

I loved it. I have so much fun when we are together.
He always keeps me guessing of what funny saying or thing is going to come next.
Now if only February 19th would hurry up.
5 months and 5 days.

Two Weeks...

Two Weeks done. Six weeks to go.
Then I don't know what I am going to do.
Might hang out in Texas with my Mom.
Might hang out in Utah with my brother and my Dad.
Or might be the responsible adult I should be and get a job.

But, two weeks done.
Quarter of the way done with my internship.

My days consist of reading the Wall Street Journal, which I get engrossed in everyday.
I know I am nerd.
Creating excel spreadsheets. I love it.
Benji always makes fun of how excel is always my go to for
pretty much everything on the computer.
Sitting in meetings.
That I don't love so much. My back aches sometimes from sitting down for so long.
But I am loving what I am learning by sitting in those meetings.
Then driving home for 45 minutes.

Productive day? I would say so.
