Officially Done.

This past week was my last week at my internship.

No more long drives through the mountains,
to get to Coalville.
No more eating of the delicious potato and cheese soup
from Denise's on Tuesdays.
No more sitting in meeting's to determine what
department is going to get what.
No more seeing my Uncle everyday.
No more getting teased about random stuff.

It feels good to be done,
but at the same time kinda nerve wrecking
because until February I don't really know what I am doing.
But only time will tell.

Now just to wait for my diploma.
Oh it feels weird to really be done.

Lunch.

One of the many perks of doing my internship
with my Uncle
is every once in awhile
I get treated to lunch.

On friday we went to lunch at this
hole in the wall in
Morgan.

They had several peacocks around the outside of the restaurant.
It made me even more excited for February to come.

3 months, 3 weeks, 5 days.

I love...

I love...

that I got to spend the weekend with Benji!
Oh how grateful I am for all the things he does for me.

I love...

I only have 4 weeks left of my internship!
Then I will be home in TEXAS
for almost the whole month of November.

I love...

my family!
I am so grateful for all their help with planning the wedding!
How even more stressful it would be without their help!

I love...

how quite often I manage to come home with some of Benji's clothes.
Mostly his shirts.
Smelling like him the whole car ride home
somehow makes leaving him easier.

I love...

how quite regularly people ask what I am going to do until I get married.
My answer?
I don't know.
I have decided to take things one month at time.
I have tried to plan 50 years at time.
But every time I do the Lord nicely reminds me it is on his time.
So one month at a time. For now.

I got this idea from a friend and thought it was fun.

Grinning moment.
Last night when I was talking to Benji,
he referred to something as ours that I had never thought of as ours yet.
We refer to things as ours quite regularly
but this time it just hit me differently.
It made me smile.

Two Weeks...

Two Weeks done. Six weeks to go.
Then I don't know what I am going to do.
Might hang out in Texas with my Mom.
Might hang out in Utah with my brother and my Dad.
Or might be the responsible adult I should be and get a job.

But, two weeks done.
Quarter of the way done with my internship.

My days consist of reading the Wall Street Journal, which I get engrossed in everyday.
I know I am nerd.
Creating excel spreadsheets. I love it.
Benji always makes fun of how excel is always my go to for
pretty much everything on the computer.
Sitting in meetings.
That I don't love so much. My back aches sometimes from sitting down for so long.
But I am loving what I am learning by sitting in those meetings.
Then driving home for 45 minutes.

Productive day? I would say so.

Life of a College Graduate...

So I am a college graduate. Kinda weird...eh? Tell me about it. What have I been doing these past few weeks? Watching this little guy.

Its been fun but strangely I miss school. And I never thought I would say this but I miss Rexburg. Whenever I tell my Mom this she just laughs and says I really just miss Benji. Which is true, but a small part me of misses school.

I start my internship on Monday. We will see how that goes.

February 19th can't come fast enough!
