Thanksgiving Week.

Dress got picked up then taken to get alterations.
I can't wait to finally have it have it.

After many phone calls to Stylart and UPS
all of the announcements
finally got delivered.

Then most of the announcements
got put together.
I can't wait for them to finally get in the mail.

Benji and I registered. Target and Dillards.
We had an interesting experience
at both places, but so much fun at the same time.
Benji got into registering just as much as I did.
Seeing him get excited got me even more excited about it all.
I am so blessed to have someone who cares about me
and all our home decor.

Benji is almost a true Texan.
He tried true Texas BBQ, Blue Bell ice cream,
had a kolache for breakfast,
driven and dealt with crazy Texas roads and people.

Thanksgiving dinner was spent with my Mom's family
in Dallas,
which is always an interesting experience,
but still fun.

Copper, our dog, now has a new best friend
(which is hard to make happen).
I know Benji is excited to come again in February
to be reunited with his new friend.

Met with the wedding planner and DJ
to finalize stuff with them for February!
83 days!

Had lunch with a friend from high school and her boyfriend.
Oh, how I loved catching up with her.
Benji and JT had a blast spending time together also.

Bought Hobby Lobby out on
black frames.
Came up with even more decor ideas for our apartment
after we get married.

Took Benji to the airport early,
for him to be in Denver
when his brother got home from his mission.
I may or may not have shed a tear or two
when I dropped him off.
I was on cloud nine the whole time he was here.
I can't wait for the time to come again when I get to be with him everyday,
like I am used to.

Cut down the Christmas tree.
(Pictures will be coming soon.)
Saw Harry Potter.

Now, dreading going back to a normal week.

I think it's funny how excited boys get about registering. You think it's going to be this awful experience having to drag them through the store but they typically end up grabbing the gun and scanning everything in sight! Crazy boys...That's exciting things are coming together!! It will be here before you know it!

Um you didn't mention the wonderful time you had specifically with your older sister! haha!

Hope Benji got home and back to ID ok. And I am glad he was able to make a quick trip to visit his brother even though we missed him and it was hard on you.
